most of my team mates are actually taking in calls now... for me and the others who do not have some usernames/passwords working, well we are on the sidelines -- shadowing our team mates.
I WANT TO TAKE IN CALLS.
i say this without sarcasm. i really want to take in that call. my other team mates are getting the hang of the new account and i'm just here. watching. listening. i want to get used to this new process. i need to perform. no shit.
